The Answers You Need
Orders within Atlanta will be delivered within 1-3 days after confirmation of payment while delivery will be made within 3 -7 working days after payment confirmation for orders outside Atlanta. However, custom orders will take 3 weeks to construct and 1- 3 days for shipping. Should you need to adorn an accessory quickly, you can take advantage of our expedited shipping option which is Priority Mail through USPS or UPS*.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Gold Coast Diva does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are made final after purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are only allowed if an order is received by the customer either damaged or broken due to the handling of USPS. After items are inspected by Gold Coast Diva, the decision about issuing out a refund will then be decided.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Before returning products please email email@example.com to confirm the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
